CapReal Property Management was started by Sam Wolman in June of 2021. Prior to that Sam worked as a property manager for another company. Sam started the company with the vision of helping his clients make their real estate a truly passive investment.

 CapReal Property Management is a full-service property management company that takes all the stress out of owning an investment property and gets you back to focusing on the things in life you enjoy the most!

We take a proactive approach to property management. We believe in staying ahead of any potential issues and keeping our clients informed every step of the way.
