Tenant selection is the most important aspect of owning an investment property. Great tenants can make your property run smoothly and bad tenants can make you want to sell your property altogether. 

We take great pride in the fact that no tenant we have ever found for a client has had to be evicted. We do a more rigorous background check than our competitors which includes a social media deep-dive to see the character of potential tenants. Every tenant we have found pay their rent on time, respect the property, respect their neighbours and are pleasant to work with.

 We always pre-screen tenants prior to showing them the unit by speaking with them on the phone and making sure they are polite and courteous.
